Tablatures 1.36

A new release of Tablatures is now available.

This version focuses on improving the stability, in particular:

  • Fixed a crash occurring when “Automatically insert barlines” was enabled and there was no visible time signature on the score.
  • Fixed a crash occurring when starting MIDI playback while a floating text was being edited.

Tablatures 1.33

Here’s a new Tablatures update.

This version brings two main changes:

  • Compatibility with GP5 files containing chord information has been improved.
  • An option to use spacebar to toggle playback instead of inserting empty positions has been added to Preferences. x/X will replace the function of spacebar/shift+spacebar when this option is set.

Tablatures 1.32

A new Tablatures release is now available.

Apart from a couple of small fixes, this version implements a feature that’s been requested by several users: all floating texts will not be hidden anymore when switching to Tablature Only or Standard Notation Only display modes.

Instead, only those texts that would have appeared in the hidden parts won’t be visible (no surprise there). Editing of floating texts is still available only in the normal display mode, though.
