Another New Year release is ready.

Wiz Solitaire 1.22 features the following improvements:

  • Klondike: added a warning message when only a card is left in stock and you try to turn it over.
  • Klondike: added option to deal only one card at once.
  • Diplomat, Klondike, Spider: when beginning a new game, the previous settings will automatically be used. It’s possible to change them using the new item “New Game with Options…” in the “Game” menu.

A big database

From time to time, someone asks questions like “I need to catalog some thousands files, will MP3 Cat be able to handle so many tracks?” or “What are the limits of an MP3 Cat database?”.

Well, I just got a report from an user who’s happily managing a single MP3 Cat db with:

  • 35.144 artists
  • 431.667 tracks

…and I guess that db is still growing. 😉

TabView 1.8

TabView 1.8 has been released.

This new version features the following changes:

  • MIDI playback: added autoscroll options.
  • Rhythm slash: fixed the rendering of beams.
  • MIDI export: due to a bug of Mac OS X 10.4, MIDI files generated on Intel machines contained invalid data. Since Apple still hasn’t provided a fix for the bug, a workaround has been implemented and now TabView generates working files on Intel Macs as well.
